What to include
To help us respond quickly, please include the following in your email:
For a data correction
Include the specific URL, the value you believe is wrong, the value you believe is correct, and your source (for example, a physical Pantone chip photo, an official Pantone publication, or a screenshot from a Pantone-licensed tool).
For a bug report
Include the URL where the bug occurred, your browser and version, your operating system, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and (if possible) a screenshot.
For a feature request
Describe the feature, the use case it solves, and any similar tools you have seen elsewhere. We prioritize features that help more users and align with the free-tool mission.
For a legal or DMCA notice
Include a description of the claimed infringement, the URL on this site, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief. We respond to all valid legal notices.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent reference site and cannot help with:
- Pantone order fulfilment, product issues, or licensing (contact Pantone LLC directly)
- Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or other paint brand orders
- Specific color matching for a print job (contact your printer)
- Legal or trademark questions about Pantone LLC or other brand owners
Before you email
Many common questions are already answered on the site. If you are reporting a data accuracy issue, check first whether the discrepancy is due to digital approximation (all color values on this site are approximations — see the Terms of Service). If you are reporting a bug on a specific tool, try a hard reload first (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) — some older versions of tools may have been updated since your last visit.
